Come Join Our Team!

InnerSea Discoveries is an absolutely exhilarating and inspiring place to work. Our offices are headquartered at the Historic Fishermen’s Terminal in beautiful Seattle, Washington. When our vessels are in Seattle, they rest in the waters just a stone’s throw from the office.

In the office and on the vessels, you’ll find a casual and sensible bunch. Many staff and crew bring a range of cruise and travel experience and some are brand new to the industry. Our diverse and talented staff members share a common goal: to provide our guests with the greatest luxury/adventure travel of their lives. We cruise the waters of Southeast Alaska, the Hawaiian Islands, Mexico’s Sea of Cortés, Washington & British Columbia, and the Columbia & Snake Rivers.

Our staff and crew are dedicated, and they know the value of enjoying work. You’ll usually hear laughter in our organization. Once you spend a little time with the staff and crew, you’ll come to realize that it’s not just about the task at hand - it’s also about being part of the InnerSea Discoveries way of life. We are a deeply ethical company. We don’t just talk the talk–we walk the walk. InnerSea Discoveries–it’s where we (as employees) want to be!

To learn more about our career opportunities, select from one of the options at the right. We look forward to meeting you!
